Workshop descriptions:

Mind and Balance: workshop - In this powerful workshop we’ll build strength, focus and balance. Through a series of specially designed balance sequences and meditations we’ll combine the physical and mental power of our asana practice with the strength of meditation. Through this experience we’ll gain mental and physical stability. If you shy away or are turned off by the word meditation, this workshop is for you! All levels are welcome and no prior meditation experience necessary.

Walking Yoga- Gait Therapy: workshop - How we move is what determines our muscular and joint health. Each time we walk, sit, stand or exercise will make us stronger or weaker, and more or less balanced. In Walking Yoga - Gait Therapy, we look at how we move from the ground up, starting at our feet. By noticing our physical habits, we can make our body stronger, more efficient, more flexible, and heal injuries. This system of walking has numerous benefits from healing plantar faciatis to back pain. We can heal our body every day with every step we take. All levels are welcome.
